The following terms and conditions apply to use of the eGift it Variety Card as issued by Pit Stop Recharge Pty Ltd (ABN 82 145 328 703).

NSW law applies to these terms and conditions. By using your digital gift card, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. By giving this digital gift card to another person, they will also be bound by these terms and conditions

The eGift it digital gift card can be used to exchange for a participating retailers Branded digital gift card(s) of equal or greater value. Once the Branded digital gift card(s) has been delivered to the consumer, the retailer’s terms and conditions and expiry date will then apply to the use of the Branded digital gift card(s).

The eGift it Variety Card can be used by visiting www.egiftit.com.au. At this location you will be able to exchange your eGift it Variety Card for a retailers Branded digital gift card. These Branded digital gift cards are supplied by partner retailers. They have their own terms and conditions that will apply to that digital gift card, and you must make yourself aware of that Branded gift cards terms and conditions before exchange.

eGift it Variety Cards are available for use and exchange for 3 (three) years from date of purchase. Cards will be invalid for use past this date.

All GST associated with this purchase is incorporated on the product(s) purchased with the Branded retailer digital gift card. There is no GST in the cost of an eGift it Variety Card or the exchange for a retailer’s Branded digital gift card.

The eGift it Variety Card may be redeemed for a retailer’s Branded digital gift card to equal or greater value. Exchange and redemption are based on a single time use for another single digital gift card.

You are responsible for the use and safety of your eGift it Variety Card. You are liable for all transactions using your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees. The eGift it Variety Card is not registered to a user and any use of the eGift it Variety Card is considered to be made by the cardholder. Stolen, lost, altered cards will not be replaced. All sales are considered final and cannot be refunded.

The eGift it Variety Card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or returned for a refund. It cannot be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, or can it be considered an account card, credit or debit card or securities. Cash will not be given for any unused amounts.

The eGift it Variety Card cannot be used with any other promotional offer unless otherwise advised by the individual retailer.

We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required, including changes (but not limited to): - to add or remove participating retailers - to alter where the Gift Card may be redeemed; - for infrastructural, systems, administrative or operational reasons or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unlawful or unacceptable conduct; - to comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgment of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; or - where we, acting reasonably, consider that it will not be to your detriment.

We may cancel any eGift it Variety Card, for any reason at any time without notice. If we do so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of Pit Stop Recharge Pty Ltd.

Pit Stop Recharge is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the retailer’s Branded digital gift card. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with the Card must be resolved with the retailer/merchant. Except for rights which cannot be excluded, any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation or otherwise are excluded from these terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to replacing faulty eGift it digital gift cards.

These are the terms and conditions that apply to use of eeGift it Variety Card. Users of the eGift it Variety Card are deemed to accept these terms and conditions of use. Users also accept that the laws of the state of New South Wales apply to this agreement and by entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Pit Stop Recharge Pty Ltd. Level 1, 4-6 Kingsway, Cronulla, NSW, 2230 is the issuer of the eGift it Variety Card.
